I have hard water blocking my hot water pipe in my shower wall. I can’t get to the valve. Is there an easy solution to unblock the pipe/valve without ripping out the shower wall?

does your home have the older galvanized pipes?? Then the only way is to change the pipes.

you can BACKFLUSH the hot water side. SOMETIMES this helps.
the procedure is a bit entailed but if you are handy, you can try it.
1- cap off the shower head
2- turn off the water to the water heater.
3- open a fixture nearby I.E. another bathtub HOT side.
4- turn on both hot and cold valves on the problem shower
5- observe how much water comes out of the other fixture.
SOMETIMES whatever debris is clogging up your shower will work its way out and flush out through the other tub or whatever fixture you choose to open. SOMETIMES!
